Mental health is a big deal, and this year, many people are making it a top priority; in SA, many cannot afford support, but these organisations are lending a helping hand.
South Africa (14 January 2025) – This year, South Africans have made it clear that mental health is the top priority. We can totally get behind that! These organisations already do all they can to help those in need and access mental health support and counselling.
Good mental health underpins so many other parts of life, from healthy relationships to the ability to participate in society and how we treat our animals and environment. Without good mental health, the rest suffer.
In South Africa, access to services that promote mental health and support is few and far between. Helping the organisations that do operate in this space is vital as it gives incentive for more organisations to step up and help, too.
Over the years, we have worked to raise awareness for the organisations that cater to this sphere. So, if you want to support this critical cause, you can find the relevant charity below. Please note that this is a working list, so keep sending through your charities, and we will keep adding them!
